Mission

Founded in 2008, Chabad Young Professionals (CYP) is home for young Jewish professionals in Midtown Manhattan. We have touched tens of thousands of lives, driven by “Ahavat Yisrael” (unconditional love for fellow Jews) and inspired by the Lubavitcher Rebbe. We offer Shabbat and holiday meals, educational classes, social events, lectures and networking opportunities, fostering the next generation of Jewish leaders.

Community

The CYP community brings together dynamic young Jewish professionals from across the globe. Our warm and welcoming atmosphere, enriched by diverse programming and social action initiatives, has made it the Jewish home for so many in Manhattan – a place where members develop personally and professionally while fostering Jewish pride and leadership as they embark on their careers and communal lives. CYP is a place where lifelong friendships, meaningful relationships and even families take root.
